Co-Investments

Quay Partners has an active co-investment program whereby it invests directly in companies alongside private equity fund managers that we have supported through our commitment program (co-investment). We do this prudently, seeking to put money to work more efficiently for our investors. Co-investments have the additional advantages that they can sometimes be accessed at reduced cost to our investors and present an opportunity to enhance on strong portfolio returns.

We do not take differential fees or run different investment pools for co-investments - they are an integral part of our fund of funds implementation strategy.
